My first time at the Liferay DEVCON (#LRDEVCON)!

Liferay is celebrating its 7th Developer Conference (#LRDEVCON) in Mainz, Germany, at the beautiful Halle 45 conference center. Hundreds of developers from all around the world get together for two days to learn and share knowledge and experience about Liferay. Experience personalization, App Builder, Headless APIs, Blockchain Integration, Immersive Experience (AR an VR) and many other new features of Liferay DXP, Liferay Commerce, Liferay Analytics Cloud and Liferay DXP Cloud were reviewed in the first day.

This event is the first for me. Thanks to SMC Treviso for giving me the opportunity to participate in this great event dedicated to the immense community of Liferay developers. On this trip I am in good company with my colleagues: Mauro Mariuzzo, Pier Paolo Ramon, Luca Comin, Roberto Tacchi and Alberto Gnoato.

Today there was a speech by Luca Comin who talked about the integration of the Blockchain in Liferay. Among the listeners there was also Bryan Cheung (Founder & Chief Executive Officer) very interested in the subject exposed in a simple and clear way.
