The Eclipse website is down?

Since this morning I can not access the web portal of Eclipse. Still today the site is inaccessible. I'm having network problems or you also have the same problem?

I tried going there to download the IDE (for BIRT) but the site is down and I have tried a few different browsers to see if that would make a difference. I checked the site instead http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/ is operational, you can then download the IDE and any plugins.

What will ever happen?
